| A new twist in death of Anna Nicole
The frenzy over the sudden death of Anna Nicole Smith took another turn when her longtime companion and her mother flew to the Bahamas seeking custody of the celebrity's 5-month-old baby. Baby Dannielynn was in Nassau on Saturday with Howard K. Stern, Smith's attorney who is listed on the child's birth certificate as her father, Miami Herald news partner WFOR-CBS4 reported. Stern was in the islands, where he had been living with Smith and Dannielynn, and where the baby was born. Meanwhile, Vergie Arthur, Smith's estranged mother, was also in Nassau on Saturday -- and also seeking rights to Dannielynn. The baby was staying with the mother of Bahamian Immigration Minister Shane Gibson when Smith was found dead Thursday in a room at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino near Hollywood.

Police: Baby left in cold car
WEBB CITY, Mo. (AP) - A Webb City mother faces criminal charges after her sparsely clad 3-month-old baby was found in an unlocked car outside a Wal-Mart store in 25-degree weather.
April Coleman, 21, has been charged with first-degree child endangerment.A customer alerted a store employee Sunday night after seeing the baby alone in the car wearing a short-sleeve shirt. Nothing was covering the child's legs. The employee took the infant into the store, called police and paged the owner of the vehicle.Initially, the mother said she was with her husband and sister and thought her husband had brought the baby into the Joplin store, police said. But authorities doubted her explanation and arrested her.

Beef burgers with roast capsicum salsa
Cook the burgers in a large nonstick frying pan over a medium-high heat for 4 minutes each side or until golden and cooked through. Combine the mayonnaise and wasabi. Combine cucumber, capsicum and avocado. Set aside. Halve the rolls and toast the cut sides. Spread the bottoms of the rolls with the wasabi mayonnaise. Top with the Asian salad greens, then burger and the salsa. Serve with the tops of the rolls. .
Is a Supercenter coming to Oxford?
Boring said he fears the shopping center that's home to the current Wal-Mart could become a no-man's land, and he also wants to preserve Oxford's historic business district to the northeast. “Why do we need one in Oxford?" Boring asked Price, referring to another Wal-Mart Supercenter. Price, a broker for Aiken, S.C.-based shopping center development firm WRS Realty, told Boring that when $20 million is on the board to be spent, “we have done significant due diligence to know that the number of people here and the disposal income that is here and is available" justifies such a development. Price wants a rezoning of approximately 40 acres from agricultural and residential to highway business and also wants the land annexed by the city. Price said the entrance would be from U.S.
