LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Bob Dylan, whose latest chart-topping release failed to secure a Grammy nomination for the coveted album of the year, picked up a consolation prize at the awards ceremony on Sunday. The rock icon's "Modern Times" was named best contemporary folk/Americana album. He was not present at the ceremony to receive the statuette. In case you missed it last week on the Today show, Fit Pregnancy magazine recently ranked Jacksonville 16th among 50 large cities as the best place to have a baby. The magazine based its criteria on 50 categories, from access to obstetricians, to affordability, to the number of birthing centers and birthing options, to available day care and more. Jacksonville was also honored in two special mention categories: Most Stroller Friendly City: Why? The reasons cited were warm year-round weather and nearly seven times as much park space as the average for cities in the survey. The magazine said Jacksonville boasts 106 miles of stroller-friendly paths, which is 51 percent more than average. Best City for Child-care: State laws mandate stringent background checks for child-care workers, and Jacksonville's rush hour traffic is moderate (rush hour is a top concern for parents juggling day-care drop-offs and pickups with driving to and from work).
